The 13th technology communication meeting lasted 2 days and accomplished varieties of communication issue, and a few days ago successfully closed at Baosteel Talent Development Institution.At opening ceremony, chairman of Baosteel Group Coporation Xu Lejiang, President of Taiwan China Steel Song Zhiyu independently gave speech. President of Baosteel Co.,Ltd. Ma Guoqiang, Vice director of planning committee of Baosteel Group Coporation Li Haiping, Vice President of Baosteel Zhou Jianfeng, Vice President of China Steel Wang Xiqin and relevant charge person in varieties of area, engineering technical person in Baosteel and delegation of technical communication of China Steel attended the opening ceremony.
The first technology communication meeting between Baosteel and China Steel held in April 1995. For the decade, delegation led by high-level manager of both side frequently travel to and from between Shanghai Baoshan and Taiwan Gaoxiong, carried out more than 10 times deep technical communication. Not only the technical communication achieve varieties of success in different specialize area, but also further deepen relationship of both side, upgrade the friendship and cooperation of both side.
Xu Lejiang gave welcome speech in opening ceremony, he on behalf of Baosteel express warmly-welcome to technical communication delegation coming from Taiwan China Steel. He said, Baosteel are willing to regard regular technical communication as link, continuously deepen coordination and communication with Taiwan China Steel, on the base of communication of Steel main process,technology,management,develop the communication in research, service of lower industrial chain, human resource, safety management and etc,promote upgrading of capacity on technology, management and competition so as to face to future challenge calmly. He hope through this communication, both side achieve harvest and mutual progress.
Song Zhiyu expressed thank for Baosteel warmly treatment and thoughtful arrangement. He said, for a decade, Baosteel and China Steel carried out regular technology communication,continuously enlarge the scope of communication, deep the content, enhance understanding of each other, establish close business relationship, promote development of company.He said,Baosteel is the leading company in steel industry of China, continuously ranked in Top 500 of the world for eight years, the good operation, production and management is worthy for learning and utilizing. He hope through communication of top 3 issue which are management of research,quality management and heavy plate technology, mutually discovery the method to the market challenge, enhance the cooperation, promote the development of both side company. In the 2-day communication, there are 12 technical essays on heavy plate technology, quality management and research management which published and discussed in three different sub meeting. The heavy plate technology is deeply discussed around the topic which are heavy plate process, product quality, development of production mix, production arrangement,transportation management and etc. Quality construct management is around management of quality,upgrading of product quality. Research management is around technical innovation, management system of research and product search.The management and technical person also discussed around the topic they interested. At the break time of discussion,delegation of China Steel visited with interest Baoling Heavy Industry of Baosteel Engineering and technology, Changzhou, Iron-make factory of Baosteel, 5 meter width heavy plate production line of heavy plate business unit, cold rolling mill, energy contribution center, Equipment research center in Baosteel of research institution, Slag treatment equipment of Baosteel and etc.
