Fujian Longxi Bearing’s aviation self-lubricating spherical plain bearings was certified by NAVAIR and included in QPL-AS81820

It was informed from Longxi Bearing USA Corporation Limited, a subsidiary of Fujian Longxi Bearing (Group) Corporation Limited that the aviation self-lubricating spherical plain bearings submitted by the company for the first time passed the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Laboratory Qualification. The test was implemented according to the highest level of class A standard of American Aviation Spherical Plain Bearing Standard AS81820D-2014 (100,000 test cycles). A total of 2 types of 12 specifications of products were appraised as qualification and were formally listed in US government procurement qualified products List (QPL-AS81820). As the aviation self-lubricating spherical plain bearings of the company were certified by NAVAIR and included in QPL-AS81820 based on AS81820 technical specifications, the company has obtained the basic qualifications of an international aviation self-lubricating spherical plain bearing supporting supplier.

Currently, the aviation spherical plain bearing supporting is still in development stage, and its sales accounts for less than 5% of the company bearing revenue. The aviation self-lubricating spherical plain bearings was successfully included in QPL-AS81820, laying a solid foundation for the company to expand the international aviation supporting market.
