Fujian Longxi Bearing (Group) Corporation was titled as one of the first batch of "Fujian Industrial Mechanic Training Base"

Recently, Fujian Longxi Bearing (Group) Co., Ltd. received the title as one of the first batch of "Fujian Industrial Mechanic Training Base" by Fujian Human Resources and Social Security Department.

It is reported that the establishment of industrial mechanic training bases is an important part of the special planning for the construction of "the 12th Five Year" human resources and social security systems in Fujian Province as well as an important action to comprehensively promote the team foundation of highly-skilled talents. Fujian Province will strive to establish 25 provincial-level industrial mechanic training bases at the end of "the 12th Five Year".

The construction of "Industrial mechanic training base" will be based on the training of the technical workers in its own enterprise and system, with the implementation of skills training towards the whole society as a supplement. The construction goal is to further improve the skills training system and the innovation and personnel training methods for building talent groups, thus energizing the enterprise development and providing personnel support for the industry development.
