Fuchunjiang Hydropower Wins $38.514M Vietnamese Contract

Zhejiang Fuchunjiang Hyoropower Equipment (002266) and China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research jointly won a contract to supply electromechanical equipment for Vietnam's Xekaman1 power station.

The contract is worth $38.51 million and 9.9 billion Vietnamese dong, equivalent to 26.79 percent of Fuchunjiang Hyoropower Equipment 2010 operating revenue.

The equipment is scheduled to be delivered within a 27-month period after the contract becomes effective.

The company said it is the first time that it received an overseas order for medium and large-scale electromechanical equipment.
