From "Low-end Manufacture" to "High-end Create"---New Plant for Precision Bearing Production Line from Dalian Guangyang Bearing Co., Ltd Completed

In the case of the increasingly competitive domestic & international market, bearing industry in China must develop toward "high-end create" from "low-end manufacture" to survive. Dalian Guangyang Bearing Co., Ltd built new plant, purchased sophisticated equipment, meanwhile created a precision production line to better meet the demands of foreign high-end customers. The new plant for Dalian Guangyang precision bearing production line has been fully completed on October 15, with the total investment of 37 million yuan, among which the fixed asset and floating capital respectively accounted for 23 million yuan and 14 million yuan. The new project will be officially launched in November, then products grade will improve above P4, P5 from the original P0, P6, at the same time, products' service life & accuracy will also reach more than 70% of "SKF", "FAG" and other imported bearings, thus to truly become "expert for imported bearing substitution".
