Removing bearing outer ring, puller feet bending angle should be expanded outwards; removing the inner ring of the bearing, puller feet should be inward, the card on the inner ring of the bearing end face.
Pay attention to:
In 1, the puller hook hooks on the inner ring of the bearing, and should not hook on the outer ring, so as to avoid excessive bearing looseness or damage;
2, use puller, to make the screw rod at the center hole of the shaft, or skew. Should also pay attention to the draw hook and the bearing force, not the retractor and bearing damage;
3, pay attention to prevent the retractor detachment;
In 4, puller feet bending angle less than 90 degrees.
For removing the tight bearing. The first is heated to about 100 ℃oil with oil pouring in to remove the bearing for bearing ring, thermal expansion, the puller to pull out bearing.
Pay attention to:
1, first of all, should be the puller mounted in the bearing to be demolished, and exerts a pulling force;
In 2, prior to heating, to use asbestos rope or thin iron plate shaft to be wrapped, prevent the shaft from heat expansion, otherwise it will be difficult to remove, from the bearing box shell hole bearing dismounting, only the heating box bearing hole of the shell, which can not be heated bearing;
3, pouring oil, shielded room will can smoothly poured on the bearing ring or the rolling body, and below it a pool, collected under the stream of hot oil, avoid wasting and scald;
In 4, the operator should wear asbestos gloves, prevent scald.
