Four achievements of new product development by Shisteel Company reached the international advanced level

 It is known that HBIS Group Shisteel Company(hereinafter referred to as Shisteel Company) has been designated as a member of 4 projects of 2016 Industrial New Product and Technology Development Guidance Plan by Heibei Industry and Information Technology Department and successfully passed the evaluation by the Metals Society of Hebei province authorized by Hebei Industry and Information Technology Department. According to the evaluation, 4 achievements of Shisteel company reached the international advanced level.

The 4 evaluated achievements of Shisteel Company involved 3 new products and 1 new technology, among which the 3 new products include steel used for EPS cars, a jointly-funded brand, 55 cr3 Spring Steel used for auto torsion bar spring, hub bearing steel for cars. Shisteel Company developed related production techniques and control technology by analyzing the composition, purity, uniformity, surface quality and internal quality of the steel mainly according to the product characteristics, difficulty in production and control as well as the needs of customers. Now, it has a capacity of bulk production. Tested by Quality Supervision and Inspection Station of Hebei Province, the 3 products conform to the requirements of the agreement, winning recognition of users,bringing good economic and social benefits and reaching the international advanced level.

In the project—the Development of Clean Metallurgical Technology of High Quality Nitrogen Special Steel, Shisteel Company developed nitrogen control models of high quality special steel in different steel grade, which was used to produce nitrogen high MnCr steel, low MnCr steel, high Ni steel and low Ni steel. It also developed the control technology of nitrogen in process of convertor - LF - VD - continuous casting to coordinate the operation of "adding nitrogen by increasing pressure and remove nitrogen by decreasing pressure”, accomplishing clean smelting at a low cost. The application of a variety of high quality nitrogen special steel in mass production by the above technology resulted in good effect. Therefore, the technology has been evaluated to be up to the international advanced level.
