First Domestic Spiral Bevel Gear Line Begin Running
Recently, the first production line of spiral bevel gears was put into formal operation in Changsha city, Hunan province, making China the third country who can produce spiral bevel gears, following American and Germany. Also, this production line filled the gap in domestic manufacturing industry.
China have begun to study the manufacturing technology of spiral bevel gears since 1970s, when some developed nations carried out rigorous technical blockade policies against China. In order to work out the CNC production technology of spiral bevel gears, nearly two generations of our scientists and related personels have devoted all their lives to such project.
The cost of this achievement is considerable, while its fruit is far more substantial. As was informed, price of this newly-developed production line is over RMB4 million, even though it's much more cheaper than the equivalent imported one, which cost RMB10 million for each, having broad prospect in the market.
The production line was developed by Hunan Zhongda Chuangyuan CNC Equipment Co.,Ltd, located in Changsha city. The company was joint venture formed by Hunan Chuangyuan Group, Changsha Hongli Precision Machinery Co.,Ltd and Changsha Venture Capital Investment Co.,Ltd.
The company mainly produce CNC Spiral Bevel Gear Production Line, grinding machines, milling machines and other machine tools parts. Registered capital was RMB30 million, annual export was between RMB50 to 100 million.
