With the aim of improving customer service, a new production line has been installed that will guarantee the maximum quality of these products while at the same time increasing production capacity and shortening delivery times.
With this aim in mind, a semi-automated assembly line has been added to the production process in zaragoza, offering the flexibility that current demand for these products requires as well as guaranteeing the reliability and stability of the process.
This production line includes the following four stations:
• Measurement of the axial clearance of the individual components and complete assemblies.
• Pressure-lubrication area, ensuring the correct application of lubricant to all elements of the bearing.
• Assembly area for oil seals and assemblies. This process ensures that each one of the parts is correctly assembled.
• Packaging area, where the packaging process takes place, according to the needs and specifications of each client.
The new line has an annual capacity in excess of 1.5 million bearings.
