This exhibition is considered as the largest automotive aftermarket trade show for the Persian Gulf, Middle East and Africa.
Fersa had its own booth inside the Spanish Group Pavilion, organized by Sernauto, at Automechanika Dubai's twentieth edition. The fair was marked by a good influx of customers to our booth and a great interest in Fersa's new products. This year, the company brought a few examples of our latest developments to Dubai: comprehensive bearings, industrial vehicle hub bearings, Grasa Fersa (Fersa Grease), new Fersa Bearing Tools toolkits and thelatest F-Box Rebuild Kit for the ZF gearbox.
There was also room for surprise. Among the most noteworthy innovations, the new features in the marking of our bearings particularly stood out. Attendees were able to see first hand a wheel truck bearing with a Data Matrix code, similar to a QR code that collects information throughout the production process and allows full traceability of its parts.
During this edition, it became clear that Fersa specialize in Mercedes, Volvo and Man references. Moreover, the company also has a presence in its main distributors' booths: Superdolphin, Dynatrade and Rostock.
This year, Fersa raised the stakes in the Arab aftermarket with Fersa Care, Aftermarket full-service. Customer training and available assembly videos have been the best example of Fersa's commitment to the end user.
