Recently, technicians and experts from Germany FAG Bearing Company were invited by the Technology Service Department of Dezhou Delong (Group) Machinery Tool CO., Ltd. (Delong) to have an academic exchange on design of the spindle structure, bearings checking and technology of installing the spindles etc.

As a senior expert in bearing industry in Germany, Mr. RalfDechert gave data-comparison and guidance from bearing design, selection, checking, calculating, to particular structures. Staffs from Dezhou Delong (Group) Machinery Tool CO., Ltd. learned about bearings movement mechanism from a vivid lecture through projector.

Advice about performance parameter comparison of different-structural bearings through projector make the staff from Delong learned that designs of bearing were developed from analog method to detailed data. Mr RalfDechert offered some useful suggestions in aspects of lengthening service life, improving performance of spindles.
