F1 Honda Racing Team Wins the Hungarian Grand Prix Using NTN Bearing Technology
Jenson Button won the 2006 Hungarian Grand Prix, representing Honda Racing's first Formula One victory. The Honda F1 Team car entry for the 2006 season is the RA106 which uses 23 NTN bearings consisting of ball bearings and needle bearings in the engine and gear box.
In changing track conditions, the 26-year-old Englishman drove Honda Racing's car no.12 through a stunning race, charging through the field from 14th place on the grid.
