Electronic catalogue ZKL extended about 3D models

To improve services for customers ZKL extended electronic catalogue on the ZKL website about the download of 3D models of ZKL bearings. Models are created in neutral STEP format. These models might be used in product assemblies and bills of material of ZKL bearings users.

When created, models were designed to be most realistic. Therefore specific design features (flange, groove etc.) are included in the models. In comparison with available models of competitors´ bearings, customers of ZKL will gain more realistic and detailed models which are closer e.g. to real bearing mass properties.

So far models of spherical roller bearings, which creates ZKL core business, were uploaded on the website. Models of other bearing types will be uploading continually. Models for the whole product range of ZKL bearings should be available at the beginning of 2015.
