August 31, Dongbei Special Steel Group(DSSG) acquired Shandong Yinglun Machine Co.,Ltd. New management members from DSSG began to exercise their management and administrative right over Yinglun company.

Shandong Yinglun Machine Co.,Ltd is a manufacturer of gears. Their products include gears for auto engine, auto engine balance structure assembly gears, gears used in gearboxes for agricultural vehicles and others for construction machines etc.

The company, located in Zhaoyuan city, Shandong province, is the former Zhaoyuan Gear Factory, founded in 1986. They carried out internal reform in 1999, then began to run as a modern company.

Covering an area of 75,000 square meters, they employ over 800 people, including 72 technical staffs. They also have their own research center. Products have been exported to American and Southeast Asian countries.
