The previous assembly equipments for deep groove ball bearings of Ningbo Donghuang Bearing Co., Ltd were old and laggard, which greatly restrict the improvement of production capacity of the company. In May, 2009, the company has invested 550,000 RMB in the informatization and digital of the laggard assembly production line with information technology. The company connected the assembly process of bearing rings, steel ball detection, assembling, cage mounting, convergence, cleaning bearing, detecting, greasing injection and shielding, etc. and made the assembly lines to feed materials automatically, measure the dimension of the inner and outer rings; computers selects and matches the balls automatically, etc.
After some of the equipments were upgraded, the assembly of the deep groove ball bearings was developed from the traditional manual assembly, semi-automatic assembly to the full-automatic assembly line at international level; the new assembly lines have achieved obvious economic and social benefits. In October, the production value of the company increased 2.018 million RMB. In 2009, the production value increased 5.724 million RMB. The new lines greatly improved the technological level and efficiency of the bearing assembly equipments and broke through the bottle neck in improving the production capacity, which was mainly embodied on the following aspects
