In December, Dongbei Special Steel Group was approved by Ministry of Commerce of China to fully acquire the oversea subsidiary of Fushun Special Steel Co.,Ltd in Korea.

Thus, Dongbei Special Steel are allowed to have their Korean presence through acquisition. It means their entering the Korean market, playing an important role in expanding international businesses.
