Daye Special Steel to Increase Steel Price

March 21, Hubei Daye Special Steel Stock Co.,Ltd announced a price increase by 50 to 100 yuan/ton on all chromium steel, price of GCr15 will be increased by 100 yuan/ton.

All the price have included tax charge. The new price had been put into effect since March 21.

Daye Special Steel, located in Huangshi city, Hubei province, is a joint venture formed by Daye Steel Plant, Dongfeng Motor Corp. and Xiangyang Automobile Bearing Co.,Ltd in May 1993. In March 1997, the company began to publicly trade in Shenzhen Exchange as "Da Ye Te Gang: 000708".

The company produce over 800 kinds of steel including gear steel, bearing steel, spring steel, model steel, high temperature resisted alloy steel etc. Their products are widely used in auto, petroleum, mining, power generation, machinery railway and other industries.
