Dana's Chief Strategy Officer Elected Chair of Original Equipment Suppliers Association

Dana Holding Corporation (NYSE: DAN) yesterday announced that Jacqueline A. "Jacqui" Dedo, chief strategy officer, was elected chair of the board of directors of the Original Equipment Suppliers Association (OESA) for the 2012-2013 term.

OESA is the leading industry organization for automotive suppliers to advance their business interests. It serves as a resource for industry information and acts as a strong voice for positive change. Dedo has served on the OESA board for more than six years, most recently as vice chairman for the 2011-12 term.
