MAUMEE, Ohio, Oct. 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Dana Holding Corporation (NYSE: DAN) will participate in Gabelli & Company's 35th Annual Automotive Aftermarket Symposium on Oct. 31, 2011.

Dana's President of On-Highway Driveline Technologies, Mark Wallace, will provide a brief overview of the company and answer questions for approximately 30 minutes, beginning at 4 p.m. PDT.
