Dalian Holdings Intends to Sell Equity of Dalian Daxian Micro-shaft (CDMS) Co., Ltd with 182 Million Yuan

Dalian Holdings (600747) announced that it intends to transfer the whole equity of Dalian Daxian Micro-shaft (CDMS) Co., Ltd to Zhongrongxin Holdings (Dalian) Co., Ltd.

According to the assessment report issued by Beijing Longyuan Tomohiro Assets Appraisal Co., Ltd., the assessment value of Dalian Daxian Micro-shaft (CDMS) Co., Ltd was 245 million yuan, the company directly & indirectly holds 74.35% of the total shares, with the transfer price of 182 million yuan.
