Recently, the invention patent application for Forming Method of Needle Roller Bearing Cage Lock handed in by the subsidiary of Create Technology & Science Co., Ltd.---Suzhou Bearing Plant Co., Ltd. in April, 2008 was approved.

It is learned that the invention provides a forming processing of needle roller bearing cage lock, pressing the lock needle hole with mold directly on the sidewall of the cage window. The shape of lock depends on the shape of the mold. The forming of the lock is intuitive and therefore it improve the quality of the cage. The invention enables the lock needle to be easily controlled; the processing is steady, which can reduce the possibility of drop needle of the cage, increase the qualification ratio of the products and reduce the production cost.
