Counterfeit JMS Bearings Seized in Linhai City
Linhai Administration Bureau of Industry and Commerce got the complaints from JMS Xingfeng Bearing Co., Ltd that Dongsheng Automotive Parts Shop was suspected of selling counterfeit JMS Bearings.
As the partner of China Faw Group Corporation, JMS Xingfeng Bearing Co., Ltd has enjoyed a high reputation in automotive bearing industry. In order to effectively protect the lawful rights and interests of the registered trademark owners, officials from Linhai Administration Bureau of Industry and Commerce were immediately dispatched to make an on-site inspection.
According to preliminary survey, the shop owner confessed all these counterfeit bearing carried on JMS brand were purchased from Hangzhou Quanjing Trade Co.,Ltd. The origins and makers marked on these bearings were inconsistent with the genuine ones.
The officials also stated that the price of these bearings were half of the genuine JMS bearings. Finally, 101 pieces of counterfeit JMS bearings were seized. Relative department has begun to further investigate the case.
