Counterfeit Bearings (worth more than CNY 13,000) Seized in Xingtai, Heibei

Recently, the law enforcement officials from Fair Trade Department of Xingtai Qiaodong Industrial and Commercial Bureau and the principals from LYC Bearing Company has investigated the bearing shops in the mechanoelectric market and has seized 454 sets of bearings in total which use the counterfeit LYC registered trade mark and worth more than CNY 13,000. At present, the bearings were sealed up by Qiaodong Industiral and Commerical Bureau, which will carry out further treatment according to the related regulations of Trade Mark Law and the Regulation for the Implementation of the Trademark Law.
