On June 17th, 2010, Mr. Taniguchi, the former vice director of JTEKT Corporation has visited Koyo Electronics (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. and given a specific lecture on group development layout and own-process completion.

Mr. Taniguchi introduced the development layout of JTEKT Corporation in the following 10 years and the specific requirement to Koyo Electronics Wuxi company. Also he interpreted what the own-process is, the position and function of each department and each staff in the own-process. After the lecture, Mr. Taniguchi answered some questions proposed on the spot.
