Dimensional tolerances and geometrical precision pressing JB/T8877. Needle diameter difference of 2 µ m, precision grade G2 (GB GB309). Bearings without inner ring inscribed circle diameter and meet the tolerance classes F6 before the Assembly. Radial clearance of bearings meet GB/T4604 0 set ratings. Special precision class according to GB/T307.1. Bearing clearance, InCircle, precision grade special requirements should contact the company for details.
Combined needle roller bearings to work materials
Needle roller material for GCr15 bearing steel, hardened HRC60-65. Inner and outer rings are made of GCr15 bearing steel, hardened HRC61-65. Cage materials for high quality low carbon steel or reinforced nylon.
Combined needle roller bearings required
Combined needle roller bearings used in the mixing shaft design for bearing raceways, hardness of bearing a certain requirements; or standard equipped with IR inner ring mounting, shaft hardness is not required, its structure is more compact.
