Clutch Bearing Industrial Project of Luoyang Bearing Science & Technology Co., Ltd (ZYS) Will be Put into Trial Production in September

The 12th Regular Session of Luoyang city’s Important Project Promotion in 2013 was held on the afternoon of October 17th. The conference revealed that the first phase of Luoyang Bearing Science & Technology Co., Ltd (ZYS)’s industrial park project, the clutch bearing industrial project with annual production of 500,000 pieces, will be put into trial production in December this year.

The fist phase of the project mainly includes special precision bearing, clutch assembly bearing for aircraft and new energy vehicle power transmission, high-speed railway and urban rail vehicle bearing, the development and industrialization of special ceramic and hard alloy for bearings. At moment, the main structure project of production workshop of clutch assembly bearing for aircraft and new energy vehicle power transmission has been completed with the building area of 25,000 square meters.

It is known that the first phase of the project will be widely used in aviation, aerospace, marine, high-speed rail , rail transportation and automobile etc. Therefore, the history that some of bearings in China entirely rely on imports will be rewritten. After being completely put into production, the project will have the annual production capacity of 1.1 million pieces of high-speed precision bearing and other special bearings. It is predicted that it will achieve the annual output value of RMB 3.6 billion and provide 3,000 jobs.
