CJ Bearings Enable Bottled Beverage Transportation

CJ bearings are being used to transport bottled beverages from the assembly line to market.

Air dried and packaged CJ bearings are located on the idler arm of the company's air knife system, housed within its trucks, which ensures that beverage containers are completely dry and ready for labelling and packaging.

The company replaced its bronze bushings with Tristar's CJ bearings, as they are suitable for wet environments and do not absorb moisture.

CJ bearings resist the temperature extremes of the blower and remain stable in liquids for enhanced performance and improved throughput.

They help to maintain a consistently cool temperature in the trucks and are said to have greatly improved temperature reliability.

Since CJ bearings are self-lubricating, they can reduce overall maintenance costs of the compressors.
