Cixi Huiyin Bearing Recovers Heat to Save Energy & Has Obvious Effect

Since the waste heat boiler project of Cixi Huiyin Bearing Industry Co., Ltd. has been implemented a year ago, it ran very smooth and saved more than 0.65 million RMB for the company.

Cixi Huiyin Bearing Industry Co., Ltd. mainly manufactures small-diameter bearing steel tubes, carbon structural and seamless steel tubes. The annual output of various seamless steel tubes is 20,000tons. In 2008, the company invested 200,000RMB in the installation of waste heat boilers for the GKT-50 roller hearth hybrid electric heating steel tube rapid isothermal spherical annealing furnace. It greatly saved energy and reduced the emission of exhaust gas. In the end of 2008, the installation of waste heat boiler has been completed. It is understood that before the waste heat boiler project, the company had to purchase 7,000tons of steam each year. After the project, the company can save 3,600tons of steam each year. It is converted into 462.96tons of standard coal. The energy-saving effect is obvious.
