CIB Raid Fake Bearing Store in Shanxi Province
Jan 8, Commerce and Industrial Bureau(CIB) in Linfen city, Shanxi province, accompanied by local police, seized a large number of fake bearings in a small store in Tunli county.
The store sited in the courtyard of a grain supplying station in Tunlin county. After entering a warehouse, the CIB staffs found many bearings and parts labeled trade marks of Wanxiang, LYC etc. And when being asked to present relavant documents for all the items, store owner failed to do it.
In this action, about 99 faked bearings and parts were seized, worth over RMB110,000. So far, this case is under futher investigations.
With the booming of Chinese manufacturing industry in recent years, basic parts have become quickly-sold products. Thus, some one begin to sell fake products illegally to earn substantial money. This phenomenon has a serious impact on the development of Chinese industry. To fight against it, local authorities have given first priority to standarization of markets, including counter-fake action etc.
