China's New Steel Billet for Railway Freight Axle has been Supplied by DONGBEI SPECIAL STEEL GROUP Beiman Special Steel Co., Ltd

At the "New Railway Freight Axle Steel Billet Development Seminar" which was held on December 23-24, the reporters had learned that the LZ45CrV steel billet supplied by DONGBEI SPECIAL STEEL GROUP Beiman Special Steel Co., Ltd has been tested and made the axle trial manufacturing by QIQIHAR RAILWAY ROLLING STOCK CO., LTD. And the results showed that the mechanical properties of the trialed RE2B axle's journal, wheel seat & the body part are quite well, so does the toughness matching, meanwhile there also has room for further optimization of the heat treatment process.
