China Machinery Industry Energy and Resource Conservation Conference Held in Beijing

On Oct. 18th, 2010, "China Machinery Industry Energy and Resource Conservation Conference" was held at Beijing Guoyi Hotel. Zhu Hong Ren, the General Engineer of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China, Xie Ji, the Deputy Director of National Development and Reform Commission Energy-saving and Environment-Protecting Department, Zhao Yuhai, the Director of Ministry of Science and Technology Hi-tech Development and Informatization Department, Huang Li, the Deputy Director of State Energy Bureau Energy-saving and Technological Equipment Department, Wang Ruixiang, the Chairman of China Machinery Industry Federation (CMID), Xue Yiping, Cai Weici,and Song Xiaogang, the Executive Deputy Directors of CMID as well as Zhu Seng, the Consultant of CMID have participated in the meeting. Wang Quanqing, the General Secretary of China Bearing Industry Association (CBIA) was also present.

This conference was held in the second year after the Central People's Government released and carried out the "Equipment Manufacturing Adjustment and Reviving Layout", and it is the last year of the national "Eleventh Five Year Plan". The conference encircled the topic of "Recommending the Advanced, Washing out the Laggard, Saving Engery and Resource Conservation as well as Scientific Development", summarized the energy-saving and resource conservation work during the "eleventh five-year" of China machinery industry and also put forward the working thought and key task of the "twelfth five-year".

The conference has also commended the "Machinery Industry Engery-saving Electromechanical Equipments(Products)" and awarded "Machinery Industry Engery-saving Electromechanical Equipments(Products)" certificates to 62 equipments and products from the enterprises including Shanghai Love Parsons Compressor Co., Ltd,etc.
