Chaoqun Bearing Plan Production Expansion
Chaoqun Bearing Co.,Ltd has decided to carry out an production expansion on their newly bought site of 20 mu(13340 m²) in Tianma villige, Changshan, Zhejiang province.
Chaoqun Bearing Co.,Ltd, founded in 1995, is a private bearing producer in Changshan. They mainly manufacture deep groove ball bearings and tapered roller bearings. After ten years efforts, they have been of some scale, producing bearings over 3 million every year.
In 2006, the company has accomplished output value of RMB10 million, an increase of 30% from 2005. In the passed year, they invested RMB1.8 million, importing a forging line that could process 200,000 workpieces a month. Since then, the company saw an improvement in both capacity and products quality.
At the same time, Chaoqun Bearing carried out management reform and perfected their internal encouraging system. Besides, they stressed the work of containing consumption and reusing scrap, cutting productive cost by nearly 20%.
