Workers in Xintai Bearing Co., Ltd are busy producing the orders from Northwest customers in the workshop. The relevant responsible persons in the company said that there are a lot of orders, and the production task has in the full-loaded until the end of this year.
The forging processing workshop in Xintai Bearing Co., Ltd which has invested more than three million yuan was put into use in this May. In the beginning of the production, the company has already purchased a number of advanced CNC machine tools in order to enhance the products quality, meanwhile made the products much more sophisticated, the qualification rate of the products could maintain above 98%, thus to recieve customer orders for its good products quality. At the same time, the company also employed experienced sales staff to develop the new market, and to establish its own sales channels. At present, Xintai Bearing Co., Ltd has established the cooperative relationship with Changchun FAW and other famous enterprises.
The responsible persons in Xintai Bearing Co., Ltd said that though the production capacity could reach 0.6 million sets per month, it still existed certain gap with the current order demand. Consequently, the company has purchased the surrounding 8.5 acres land to expand the production scale, meanwhile the company plans to add a new production line. Then the production capacity could reach one million sets per month, and annual output value is expected to achieve about 50 million yuan.
