The second half of the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) season will start next weekend in Japan. In the foothills of snow-covered Mount Fuji, the two Porsche 919 Hybrid cars will again be battling for victory in the top LMP1 category. The circuit located some 100 kilometers southwest of Tokyo is a challenging one and with a length of 1.4 kilometers offers one of the longest straights in international motorsport. The 6-hour race at Fuji has been a fixture on the WEC calendar for three years.
