Canadian Bearings Choose Heiler to Improve Data Quality for E-commerce

Canadian Bearings (CB), a leading bearing and power transmission distribution company has ed the Heiler Product Manager solution suite to manage its product information. CB is a top 50 industrial distributors in North America with sales of 160 million Dollars.

The existing internal applications at CB currently access and maintain product information from various vendors through data acquisition and data quality processes that have been developed in-house. Now Heiler Product Information Management (PIM) suite improve upon existing processes and ensure the company ability to meet future product information demands.

To the degree that we have expanded our product range, we need a technology to allow us to accommodate this expansion as well as our need for richer and more accurate product information. Heiler Product Manager offers vendor tracking, classification and hierarchies, part numbering, image, and catalogue profile definition. The implementation of the Heiler Product Manager will support the definition and administration of a master product catalogue, synchronization with existing internal and external applications, and workflows supporting existing business processes.
