C &U "Precision Auto Bearing Fixed Assets Investment Project" to Achieve Output of 200 Million Yuan

The project "Fixed Assets Investment Project with the Annual Output of 44 Million Sets of Precision Auto Bearings" covers an area of 227 acres, belongs to the key project for "Eleventh Five-Year", which was supported by the provincial industrial transformation & upgrading fiscal special funds and development zone supplying funds.

The actual progress for this project is that C & U Group Binhai Park newly added five plants, two dormitories, three supplying auxiliary rooms, 48,000 square meters construction area and more than 2,000 square meters afforested areas by the end of October.

At present, 21 automatic production lines have been in place with the equipment investment of 230 million yuan, which has completed 90% of the 2011 investment program. Now the park has basically completed road construction, factoring greening, environmental protection facilities, life supplying, monitoring & security and so on. From this January to October, the project has completed the output value of 152 million yuan.

The annual output value will reach 2.06 billion yuan, meanwhile to form scale effect for auto bearing production and marketing after the project has been fully completed. In addition, the project plans to add 50,000 square meters building area and 24 automatic production lines in 2011, thus to make the output value achieve 200 million yuan.
