C&U New Products Compete with SKF, NSK
In recent years, Hangzhou Bearing Group(HZB) has thrown themslves into developing substitutes for imported equivalents through independent innovation and rounds of technical reforms. They have scored remarkable achievements in 2006. HZB is subsidiary of C&U Group.
From Nov. 2005 to March this year, HZB has sent some of their new products like TD6309.2RZ, TD6311.2RZ, TD63173 etc, to National Supervision and Test Center for Bearing, where the bearings have been tested and proved to be almost equivalent to SKF ones in reliability. In specific tests, both subjects showed different strong points respectively.
In August 2006, the comparition in lab running between SKF equivalent and C&U TD6311.2RZ finished. The result showed that there are no obvious differences between the two.
Also, this group of C&U bearings have undergone other tests of noise level, temperature rising control, installing etc. on machines of HZB's customer in Shandong province. Testing results of C&U bearings are almost the same as those of NSK or SKF equivalents.
So far, HZB have developed 9 types of new products, including TD6306.2RZ, TD6306, TD6307, TD6207, TD6308.2RZ, TD6308, TD6309.2RZ, TD6309, TD7206C etc.
