C & U Group Signed the Cooperation Agreement with Harbin Institute of Technology

On September 16, Wenzhou Economic & Technological Development Zone and Harbin Institute of Technology signed the cooperation agreement (to build the scientific & technological achievements conversion centre) in Harbin, other five private enterprises including C & U Group docked the school-enterprise scientific & technological project cooperation intentions and signed agreements with Harbin Institute of Technology.

It is reported that this scientific & technological achievements conversion centre will be settled in the high-tech industrial district of the development zone, which will be the first permanent institution established by Harbin Institute of Technology in Yangtze River Delta region. The agreement prescribed that the centre relies on the abundant scientific researching strength of Harbin Institute of Technology, and carries out scientific & technological achievements conversion, key common technology commissioned researching & developing, technical consulting, technical training, personnel training and other scientific & technological cooperation exchange services in the whole city. Besides, the development zone will provide office spaces, scientific & technological preferential policies, talent preferential treatments, and afford one million yuan on the operating expenses of this project & annual target assessment incentive fund per year for the centre.

At the same time, Harbin Institute of Technology will arrange two experts permanently in Wenzhou so as to strengthen the project docking, meanwhile accelerate the technological achievements conversion. The party secretary of C & U Group Qu Shaogui attended the meeting, and gave the signature on the cooperation agreement with Harbin Institute of Technology on behalf of the Group.
