On the earlier held Hangzhou Bearing Enterprises Managers Forum, Mr.Lin zhengliang, general manager of C&U Bearing Co.,Ltd, was invited to address to the attenders about enterprise management.
According to Mr.Lin, C&U Bearing has developed into competitive bearings and auto parts supplier on the world market after many years effort. So far, they have been authorized as regular supplier for 15 of the World Top 500 Enterprises. Mr. Lin said that all their success should be contributed to hard work, constant learning and team work. In addition, success of a enterprise is not subject to several capable managers but to the wisdom of the collective. Enterprise will develop as long as every single member become active in dealing with company businesses.
Given our defect in products diversity, we should pay more attention to product quality and cross-nations business, so that we can avoid the risks produced by our lack of diversity. Furthermore, we also have to keep all of our currently held businesses, for once we lost them, it will be hard and costly to regrasp.
Concerning the staffs, we are proud to say that we have over 400 initiative staffs. A good manager will not touch every trivial problems, instead they are able to let the staffs be a active troubleshooter.
