Boca Bearings to Sponsor the 2013 Cathy Johnson Memorial Shootout

Cathy Johnson was a longtime supporter of RC racing and most importantly accompanied her husband Steve Johnson to all of his races. She recently passed away after battling with Mesothelioma. Thunder Road Hobbies will be holding a benefit race to honor Cathy and to raise money for Mesothelioma research. All proceeds will go to www.curemeso.org - The Meso Foundation is the national organization dedicated to finding a cure and eradicating mesothelioma as a life-ending disease. This event will be held September 27th and 28th in Moline, IL.
