Luoyang Bearing Science & Technology Co., Ltd held the second extraordinary meeting for the fourth session of the Board on May 8, 2013. After the meeting, all directors were led by Chairman Wu Zongyan to visit the wholly-owned subsidiary, Fuyang Bearing Co., Ltd. During the visit, they went around to the workshops and branch companies of Fuyang Bearing Co. Ltd. to know about the on-site production, management, new product development, marketing, basic management, project construction planning and corporate culture. The company chairman and general manager Liu Xianjin, deputy general manager Ma Yufeng and other senior management accompanied the inspection.
