BNL (UK), the bearings manufacturer in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire, has acquired the injection moulder Cobb Slater, also in the bearings business.

Dr Neil Partlett, managing director of BNL, told PRW.com that BNL bought all of the shares in the Derbyshire-based company at the beginning of April.A consultation period is underway at Cobb Slater
