Before China National Day, SKF (China) Co., Ltd. has audited the Beiman Special Steel Company of Dongbei Special Steel Corp. Beiman has modified the problems found during the first auditing, which was affirmed by the auditing team. The comprehensive score of the second auditing was 2.2, which has passed the SKF Quality System Auditing.
In the early July in 2010, Huang Ping, the Manager of SKF Development Department and Hans, the Senior Inspection Expert of Central Lab have carried out the quality system auditing and practical detection of SKF 3S product. After 9 days continuous work, the practical product quality detection has received the approval of the experts. Meanwhile, for the auditing of quality system, Mr. Huang Ping has audited the management duty, special quality requirement of SKF, technical quality documentaiton, production procedures control, NDT detecting metallurgical and chemical lab, etc. carefully with the responsible attitude, and put forward 17 problems that need modification. The comprehensive score was 2.4, which has not passed the SKF quality requirement.
Later, Beiman Company has energetically organized the relative departments to modify the problems. After three months' efforts, SKF company has audited the quality system of the company again according to the modification materials they handded over. On Sept. 28th and 29th, Mr.Huang Ping has audited the problems he put forward before. On the last meeting held on 29th, he affirmed the modification work of the company completely. Finally, he announced the auditing conclusion: the total score was 2.2, which met the SKF quality system requirement. On Oct. 9th, Beiman Company has received the official audit report.
