Benxi Iron & Steel (Group) Co., Ltd has successfully launched its bearing steel products into the user market of Jiangsu and Zhejiang Provinces, known as the "Kingdom of Bearings" in China, which marked another achievement made by the Group through the adjustment of product structure for steady growth.
Bearing steel, one of the representative special steels, is an important symbol internationally recognized to measure the technical level of a steel enterprise and the quality level of its products. With its well-known"ginseng iron", Benxi Iron & Steel (Group) is able to provide good raw materials for smelting high-quality bearing steel. In recent years, the Group has carried out large-scale technological innovation amd realized constant upgrading of the technical equipment. Since 2007, the group has trial-manufactured bearing steel using the manufacturing processes of rectangular billet in converter and square billet in electric furnace, and some of whose indicators have reached the level of the SKF bearing according to the tests by national laboratories.
Benxi Iron & Steel (Group) Co., Ltd will view this as an opportunity to further improve the quality of bearing steel, and further expand market share, so as to build its bearing steel into ace products, and to lay the foundation for greater efficiency.
