1, bearing a strong vibration

Prevention: core is small, Silicon organic lacquer used silicon steel sheet surfaces immersed in 1052 and opened the gap; replaced with new bearings models; exit straightening rotor core hinge bending parts 180 degree symmetry; tighten the end cap bolt reinforced base and tighten the anchor bolts.
2, bearing fatigue
Due to metal fatigue, surface raceways and the ball falls off of irregular fragments mixed in grease, can grow its work noise, ball is sliding, led to increased bearing radial clearance, and shaft end permissible radial increase swing of 2~3 times. Determinants of bearing fatigue include: motor load, speed, Air gaps, cover type, toughness of materials, quality grease and grease filling.
Prevention: according to motor running records, when load current is 60% more than the rated value, run to 2000~25000h, medium-load operating current to the rated value 60%~80% run to 15000~20000h, heavy load operating current to the rated value after running 80%~100% to 10000~15000h shall be considered normal fatigue of bearing materials, replaced with new bearings models.
3 pollution, bearing corrosion
At this point, raceways and balls of red, brown spot appears on the surface corrosion, compared with new bearing noise noise increases.
Because the Assembly places clean, such as moisture, acids, alkalis and toxic gases; hand tools and pollution; the inferior quality of lubrication.
Prevention: assemble the bearing shall be maintained in the environment, tools, and the clean to clean bearings thoroughly; replaced with quality lithium base grease.
