Install the bolts need to be checked on a regular basis, if necessary tighten again. Access to each mounting bolt holes are easy to operate. Without proper maintenance the installation bolts may result in device failure or nearby personnel casualties. Require lubrication of gears and internal structure, therefore facilitating the nozzle to the FAG bearings and gear are necessary. Oil pipeline should be designed to be injected into Raceway of lubricating grease to allow the bearing when spinning.
Check the bearing Raceway and internal structure believe that their health is satisfactory may not be commonplace. Such judgments require specialists or NSK bearings and surrounding structures are in danger of isolation. Which may cause damage to the parts surrounding the casualties.
For a typical turntable bearings (including three columns of TIMKEN bearings), by removing the bearing pin, can make such a check.
Although the dismantling of bearing pins will void the warranty, but it may still be necessary. To accommodate the INA bearings the seal pin, designers should design a larger clearance or the seal pin access holes.
