On April 12, a worker in the Production Workshop of Guanxian Beitao Sanhuan Bearing Plant in Liaocheng, Shandong Province was testing the finished products.



Guanxian Beitao takes advantage of bearings resource to greatly support the development of privately-owned enterprises. The local government creates preferential and loose environment for them to develop their business. It is reported that civil economics has showed a good development trend.
