NSK bearings corrosion is caused by a variety of internal and external factors, summed it up are:
1, metal surface finish (poor oxygen concentration cell corrosion).
2, chemical composition and structure of the metal itself.
3, in contact with the metal surface composition and pH value of solution;
4, ambient temperature and humidity.
5, touches the metal surfaces of the various environmental media.
6, bearing corrosion cause people's sweat was thrown, its pH value for 5~6. So in order to prevent sweating caused by corrosion, installation and production personnel should be wearing gloves, do not feel free to contact SKF bearings by hand.
Eccentric bearing coating rust preventive oil to prevent rust
1, the immersion method: soak in rust-proof oils used in some small INA bearings, oil film thickness can be controlled through rust-proof temperature or viscosity of the oil to reach. Ways to make its surface to attach a layer of anti-rust oil.
2, brushing method: brush attention even when applied to the surface of FAG bearings, do not stack, but also to avoid missing coating.
3, spray method: some large rust by soaking method is not suitable for oil, approximately 0.7Mpa pressure of filtered compressed air for general use in a spray on clean air. Spray application of solvent-diluting antirust oil or a thin layer of rust preventive oil. This method of comprehensive fire prevention and protection measures must be used.
Pretreatment method of bearing surface rust:
1, surface cleaning: cleaning must combine nature and prevailing conditions of the TIMKEN bearings surface. Commonly used methods by solvent cleaning, mechanical cleaning and chemical cleaning method.
2, available after surface drying cleaning clean filter dry compressed air to dry. Or dried with dryer with 120~170℃ temperature, and finally wipe dry with a clean gauze.
