Bearing Bush Technique from NBBECO Feihong Auto-Parts (Sichuan) Co., Ltd Reached the Domestic Leading Level

Recently, bearing bush thermal diffusion plating four alloy antifriction layer technology implemented by NBBECO Feihong Auto-Parts (Sichuan) Co., Ltd has approved by the Science Ministry, meanwhile listed as 2011 National Torch Program.

This project is the domestic first technology which combined plating & thermal diffusion technology into bearing bush thermal diffusion technology and bearing bush antifriction layer, besides, the project also formulated processing specifications. Thus, the implementation of this project has not only greatly increased bearing bush fatigue strength, corrosion resistance & wear resistance, but also improved product performance & life.

Accordingly, the National Torch Program is the guidance program for Chinese high-tech industry, aims to implement strategy of invigorating the country through science, technology & education, makes full use of advantages & potential for science & technological capability, market-oriented, thus to promote the commercialization of high-tech achievements, industrialization of high-tech goods and international high-tech industries.
