Baosteel Ups March Ex-Factory Steel Prices

Baoshan Iron and Steel raised the March ex-factory prices for its steel products by 50-350 yuan per ton, reports stcn.com, citing a company filing.

According to Qiu Yue, a senior analyst at Xiben New Line Stock, domestic steel prices had been moving sideways, while international steel prices had recently risen significantly.

The Shanghai-based steelmaker raised the price of hot-rolled steel by 200 yuan per ton, cold-rolled steel by 150 yuan per ton, acid pickling steel by 200 yuan per ton, galvanized steel by 100 yuan per ton, and non-oriented silicon steel by 200-350 yuan per ton.
